Returns & Refunds

Online Purchase Returns:

We hope you love your purchase, but if its not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Items must be:

• Unworn & unwashed
• In their original condition
• All original tags attached

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Earrings & pierced jewellery
• Gift cards
• Personalised items
• Sale items
• Undergarments (including tights)

 

Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved.

 

In-Store Purchase Returns:

Any items purchased in store, are subject to exchange or credit note only - unless faulty.
