Welcome to Sarah at Harpers. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • An item is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Pricing errors have occurred.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

We accept payment through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only.

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by couriers, weather or circumstances beyond our control cannot always be avoided.

6. Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is available:

  • You'll receive an email once your order is ready.
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
  • Orders should be collected within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to display colours, sizing and product descriptions accurately.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
  • Measurements may vary slightly between manufacturers.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes.

9. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit (where agreed)
  • A full refund

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Are non-refundable.
  • Must be redeemed before their expiry date (if applicable).

11. Promotions

Discount codes:

  • Cannot usually be combined with other offers.
  • Exclude gift cards unless stated otherwise.
  • May be withdrawn at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Branding

remains the property of Sarah at Harpers and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased except where UK law provides otherwise.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
